Room:

The room is fully furnished*.
- *It can be offered unfurnished for a lower rental price.

There is a twin bed, with a bedside cabinet & lamp with usb charger, and an outlet is located next to the bed for convenience.

There is a large fridge w/ freezer in it, there is an extended, long black desk with black desk chair, microwave, toaster, hot-and-cold water dispenser, and TV provided in the room.

There is WiFi/Internet, which is provided at no cost.

There is a large drawer for folded clothes, & a rack for hanging clothes.

- There is also a ceiling fan rotating either direction for cold or warm air circulation.

- There are 3 windows, both have white blinds & two layers of curtains.

There is a full bathroom with a wide bathtub, a toilet with bidet with adjustable pressure, and tall shelved area dedicated for personal hygiene / cleaning product storage beside the bathtub.

- The bathroom is shared with only one person.

It’s a single story house. There’s a driveway available for use.

Area:

Safe, quiet area. We are located in the heart of it. Police station, post office, town library, and a neighborhood park all within walking distance.

Public transit / bus stops within walking distance as well.
Major grocery & food chains, and various gas stations/marts within 5 minutes of driving.

Drive a little further and there is Ocean County Mall, Ocean County College, Ocean Medical Center Hospital, and an Airport.

We are looking for employed tenants.

Smoking, drinking (& bringing any alcohol substances inside the house), and inviting guests to the property are not permitted.

Important:

Security deposit is two weeks of rent, and is non-refundable.

Rent is every week or every two weeks. The tenant can choose.

- For example: rent every week would be $300, rent every two weeks would be $600.

**Gas, electric, and water bills are shared, payment amount depends on the bill, open to discussion/negotiation.**

- After contacting us, you will visit to see the room for yourself first, and see past months’ utilities bills first, before any agreement is made.
