Hi! Thanks for checking out my ad. We are a good mix of ages, youngest is 18 ( with their father) and oldest is 64, I call us the Misfits! Some of us dont have much or any family left, but we get along and have peace in our home. Its in a very quiet area in Bayville. A mile to the bay and 25 mins to ocean. It is very important that you don't have a substance abuse disorder and that you have respect for other people and the home/property itself. We have a quiet home, and enjoy that. Most everyone is sleeping by 10pm. The room is actually in a shared lower level apartment with one other person. You will share a bathroom and kitchen with that person. Laundry on premises (with some rules). Wifi & utilities included. Separate entrance. Outdoor area with grill and firepit/pizza oven. Looking for someone clean, organized, a happy personality and kind when communicating with others. I have cats but they will not be in that living area.
