Hi! Thanks for checking out my ad. We are a bunch of middle aged people, I call us the Misfits! We dont have much or any family left, but we get along and have peace in our home. Its a very quiet area in Bayville. Close to the bay and 25 mins to ocean. It is very important that you dont have a substance abuse disorder and that you have respect for other people and the home/property itself. Its a quiet home and we enjoy that. Most everyone is sleeping by 10pm. The room is actually in a shared apartment with one other person. You will share a bathroom and kitchen with that person. Laundry on premises (with some rules). Wifi & utilities included. Separate entrance. Outdoor area with grill and firepit/pizza oven. You may ask for some space in garage, something to talk about. We are 54 and up in age. Looking for someone clean, organized, a happy personality and good with communicating with others.
