I'm looking for someone that's laid back, no drugs

Ok so we are 3 adults living together, we call ourselves the misfits bc we are all over 50 years of age and dont have much family, if any at all left. We enjoy peace here and hoping for a certain individual that will fit in. I love playing music but the house is double insulated, so it doesn't bother others much. The bedroom that I have available is 12 x15 feet with a closet approx 9 feet wide. Shared bathroom with one male. Kitchen is used by the 3 of us that are upstairs. Inground pool, yet haven't opened since kids moved out so may or may not be available yearly. Full outdoor kitchen near pool, which is nice in early football season. We are all divorced or in the stages of it. We try to keep drama low low low. The guys help with repairs and yardwork because they enjoy 'their home' looking good, but that's not necessary (they've been here for years now). Do you feel that you would fit with us? Let me know. Thank you for reading. We are located near the beach, the bay and ocean, bus stations to NYC, with a water view of lagoons to bay. Walking distance of Al Leiter baseball field. We hear the bats cracking Homeruns all spring. I will be doing a background check and ask 1 month security.
