Hi . I have a small Ranch home in Barnegat. Ideally, I'm looking for a roommate that is employed full-time outside of the home. Someone working from home would increase the utility bills year round, which would increase the rent... Which can be discussed. A background and employment check and 3 verifiable personal references would be required. This would be a month to month rental to start. A single pet would be welcome as long as it gets along with my 22 pound dog. No overnight guests, more than 2 nights per calendar week. This is a one person roommate rental situation.
