Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Madison Mall on Main.

It’s a brand-new building that opened in 2026, right near downtown Madison and the Madison NJ Transit station (~1 hr to NYC), with easy access to Morristown and Chatham. It’s also close to Drew, FDU Florham, and Saint Elizabeth University.

The room is the private second bedroom with its own bathroom. The apartment has in-unit laundry, a furnished living room with couches/TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The building has a gym, elevator, garage parking, bike storage, and free resident parking lots. The lease also includes 6 months of free garage parking starting around November. Additionally, lease would go through July 2027. You would need to go through a background check with the renter company (Goldberg Realty) and pay a deposit of one month's rent.
I’m relocating for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. You’d be living with one 23-year-old male recent college grad who is clean and respectful.
