Townhouse - Looking for Roommate (Madison, NJ)

I'm looking for a female roommate to co-sign a lease for a 2BR 1BA townhouse in Madison. Looking to move in at the end of January or start of February.

Rent would be about $1550 + utilities and internet. The townhouse comes with its own furnace, water heater, and central air conditioning. Onsite parking is included in rent and there's a shared courtyard. There's also a washer + dryer in the basement.

You'll be less than a 5 minute drive away from Madison's train station and quaint downtown. Several big box retail stores, grocery stores, and pharmacies are also within a short driving distance.

Short blurb about me, I'm 26 years old and I work remotely 5 days a week. I am quiet, neat, and stay in more often than I go out. If I'm not in my room pouring over spreadsheets, you might find me in the kitchen trying out new recipes or baking up a storm.

I like to host the occasional get together with a small group of friends and you're more than welcome to join us in playing board games, watching movies, or embarking on the latest cooking misadventure!

I don't drink or do drugs but I don't mind if you do drink and I'm happy to share a cup of tea. I don't plan on becoming a pet owner, however, I'm open to living with a cat.
