Quiet safe neighborhood. Lawns and gardens all the way around the house. Large picture windows and bright light view of skies and trees. Walkable to stores and public transportation. Only one person in the house with two dogs and a cat (animals will not be in shared spaces unless the tenant agrees).
Professional landlady sharing the spaces. Sometimes WFH.
Non-smoking home. All shared spaces with single professional landlady: Living room with satellite TV, shared kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, dining room that seats up to six people, shared bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Small single-family homes with plenty of street parking, lawns and open space. Main Street shops within walking distance. 45 minutes to New York by bus. Also close to several hospitals.
No sleepover visitors or loud late partying please.

2 family pet dogs reside in the home. From time to time they will bark(Deliveries etc), and you will need to be comfortable / already have lived with dogs before. They do not share the common spaces. But they are cute.
