The room is 12 x 12 with 2 bright windows, new light gray carpet and freshly painted walls. The large closet can be converted into a desk area by a drop down shelf. Room has a dresser, full size bed, chair, lamps and window blinds/curtins. All clean, nice and modern. You will provide your own bedding.
We share the shower otherwise the bathroom is pretty much yours. I clean the bathroom at least once a week. Share kitchen and living room. House has a huge yard, off street parking and close to major highways and shopping. Wifi and utilities are included. House is in well kept condition, modern and clean.
