32yr old young professional seeking roommate to take over room of moving out roommate. The master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet would be yours. Rent is mathematically split by square footage as I have the significantly smaller bedroom. It is not a 50/50 split. Utilities would be split 50/50. Water included in rent. Central air and heat. Washer and Dryer in unit. Apt roughly 1,100 square feet. Amenities are included in monthly rent which include gym, pool, and clubhouse. Conveniently located directly off route 80 near many restaurants, shopping centers, etc. Photos are room that is lived in by current tenant, as well as common room areas.
