I’m looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease. I’ve lived here for over a year and truly love it! The only reason I’m moving is because my longtime boyfriend and I just got engaged and are relocating to live together. If that weren’t the case, I’d happily stay. This has been a great place to call home.

3 roommate (1 male 2 female) looking for a responsible, respectful roommate to share a 4 bedroom house in Wall. House is convenient to Route 18 and the parkway as well as the beach. Rent is $1000/month plus 1/4 of utilities. House has 2 shared bathrooms, washer/dryer, inground pool. Room for rent is unfurnished. This is NOT a party house. Guests are allowed within the agreements made between roommates (never really an issue). We have rented this house for 13 years now with some rotation of roommates.
