Looking for chill & dependable roommate in RedBank

I'm a 36 (almost 37) year old, pronouns she/they, looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving out. I work from home 4 out of 5 days a week and spend a significant majority of my time in my room. I have a black cat, she's 5 years old and a little over 15 lbs. She has free reign of the apartment and loves attention! I would be open to a roommate with a pet (apartment limits to 2) but they do charge additional monthly rent per pet, which I pay for my cat. I'm also not sure how she is with other animals so a pet intro would likely be a good idea.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are shared spaces and are furnished. The available room is private, has its own closet, and windows facing the back of the building (woodsy and full of wildlife!), unfurnished. We are responsible for paying electric and internet which I have on autopay so I ask that you pay half each month for those in addition to the monthly rent.
I'd be interested in having someone to vibe with, but am also perfectly ok if you'd rather keep to yourself. I have to let my apartment property manager know by 10/31 if I'm renewing my lease so anyone interested please let me know!
The requested $200 deposit is for a portion of the security deposit upgrade being requested by my apartment complex to be paid with submission of the new signed 12 month lease.
