I'm looking to rent out one of the spare bedrooms in my house. Its a great house with a lot of character! It is located close to the beach, Monmouth University and public transportation. Built in the 1930s, it has an updated kitchen and bathrooms.

I'm looking to share my home with someone who is gay friendly, clean and is responsible. Please have a steady job with proof of income and references. No smokers and no pets please. Rent is $950 a month plus utilities. First month's rent, month and a half security deposit, and renters insurance (one year paid in full) required to move in.

The room available can be furnished or unfurnished. It is large enough to fit a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser, and a small desk.
