The current lease ends in June. If you move in before that, you would be added to the lease and sign directly with the landlord (not a sublease). After that, there is an option to renew for an additional 1or 2yr with the landlord. The other housemate is moving out after June. We would look for another housemate at that time, but until we could find one, the rent (as well as utilities) would be split between two people instead of three, which would be ~1600/month (excluding utilities).

Pets are not allowed.
