THE IDEAL ROOMMATE CAN HAVE OVERNIGHT COMPANY NO MORE THAN TWICE A WEEK, HAS NO PETS, WILL NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE AND IS VERY CLEAN. COOKING IS ALLOWED BUT THE IDEAL ROOMMATE IS NOT LOOKING TO COOK THREE MEALS A DAY, EVERY DAY. ALSO, THE IDEAL ROOMMATE WOULD NOT TRY TO WASH CLOTHES EVERY DAY BUT POSSIBLY NO MORE THAN TWICE A WEEK. I AM LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO HAS PROOF OF INCOME AND REFERENCES, AND QUIET.
