Looking for a roommate for my mom. We rent an apartment at Morgans Bluff together. I will be moving out before the lease is up on Jan 5th. There's a gym, pool, clubhouse, Amazon hub in the complex. Quiet community. Fully functional kitchen, living room 2 bed 2 full bathrooms, one in her room, one across the hall from my room. Dishwasher and in unit washer/dryer. The expectation would be to split rent and utilities. Its a 5 min walk from Southside Diner. Its also right across the street from Morgan firehouse. The lease renews on January 6th so any help would be appreciated.
