Private first floor bedroom

Hi! We are a family of four looking to rent out our downstairs bedroom. It is right next to the bathroom which would be essentially an almost private bathroom. We would just use it during the daytime for the toilet but the shower would be yours. You would have full access to the kitchen with all new appliances, a large basement for storage, laundry, large backyard and street parking on a private cul-de-sac. My husband and I are very laid back, love to cook and enjoy our backyard on the weekends. We have two children and a golden retriever so their safety is of great importance to us so we would want someone who we feel comfortable with and can trust. We live on great street with wonderful neighbors and it's a very safe area. My husband is in the military so this is a drug-free home. We rented out a room in our home when we lived in San Diego and had a wonderful experience with our tenant who we still stay in touch with years later and would give us a great recommendation as landlords. Utilities are included. The room is furnished with a dresser and queen size bed but we can have the furniture removed if you prefer your own. No pets. Pictures will be posted shortly.
