Private room available in a large shared 4-bedroom home in North Brunswick. The room was recently renovated and is ready for move-in.

Rent: $780/month
Utilities, Wi-Fi, and use of the washer and dryer are included.

The house has a unique layout that gives everyone a good amount of privacy. My brother (36) occupies the entire first floor and has his own living, dining, etc. The second floor has an open floor plan that includes the main living room, dining area, kitchen, and three bedrooms. Everyone generally spends most of their time in their own rooms. It's predominantly a very quiet household.

There are currently only two people living on the second floor — myself (the owner 41) and one other housemate (male 47). There are two bathrooms upstairs. The other housemate has a private bathroom connected to his bedroom, so the main hallway bathroom would only be shared between you and me. There is also designated space available for your personal belongings.

You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry facilities. There is an extra refrigerator available if needed, along with cabinet space for your groceries. You also have the option of adding a mini fridge in the room if necessary.

The home has central A/C and heat. A new central air unit was installed recently, along with a new water heater.

The room is currently furnished with a new queen-size mattress and mattress pad, a brown dresser, and an LCD TV with Roku. You’re welcome to use the furniture or bring your own. The room also has a full-size closet, and the closet doors have been updated with mirrored doors.

There is plenty of parking. The house has a very long driveway and is located on a dead-end street with no houses directly across the street, so parking is generally never an issue.

Lease & Move-In:
