Hello! We’re looking for two working professionals—preferably women and/or LGBTQ+—to fill two bedrooms in a 3-bedroom apartment. The lease runs from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027, with the option to renew annually.

Room 1 is $975/month and Room 2 is $900/month, with utilities not included (typically around $50–$100/month). Both rooms are spacious and get great natural light. The security deposit is $1,125 per room. The apartment features a large kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, a private balcony, and in-unit laundry. There’s also plenty of street parking available.

The location is super convenient—right off Route 1 and close to restaurants, parks, and shopping centers.

About us: We’re working professionals looking for roommates who are friendly, respectful, and value a clean, calm living space. Since we work from home, we do ask for a quiet and considerate environment. No pets, smoking, or partying.
