This situation is unique - I am searching for an on-site property manager who will report to me.

This role comes with special privileges/perks within the home. Including being the sole decision maker within the residence. You will be overseeing the tenants in the home and ensuring the cleanliness, care, and well being of the home.

In this role comes a handsome reduction in rent. The sole and exclusive use of the drive-way and the garage as well as other perks.

This role will require you to have proof of citizenship and stable employment. Must be of sound moral character. No drug use. Must be trust worthy and reliable. It will be selective and I will be speaking to multiple candidates and checking references to ensure you are a good fit for this role. This will go fast - if you’re interested act now.

(There is currently a tenant in the room which is why there is no active photo of it. It is a very well kept master bedroom that is quite large and spacious. We can organize a time for you to view the space if you’re interested in the room/position)
