Furnished Shared Room Near Rutgers – College Ave

Hi everyone! I’m subletting a furnished shared bedroom in my off campus apartment in a 5-person, all-male unit from May 31, 2026 through July 30, 2026 in the New Brunswick, NJ area.

I’m looking for a clean and respectful male roommate. The room is shared with another roommate (Male, 22 y. o Student), but he is rarely in the apartment. Students or working professionals preferred.

• 5-8 minute walk to NJ Transit New Brunswick Station
• Supermarket across the street
• 2-minute walk to Rutgers bus stops (Cook/Douglass & College Ave)
• Gym and computer room on the 4th floor
• Lounge/study rooms on the 21st floor

The room includes clothing cabinets, a study desk, and a chair. I am also including a free desk lamp.

You may begin moving some items in up to one week before the start date.

Male roommates in the unit. Undergrad Rutgers students. Quiet and respectful. Shared kitchen and living room.
