There are new washer and dryer units in the basement. We share them with the tenants of the upstairs apartment.

Rent for this room will be $667/month, plus internet and utilities. Utilities range between 40 to 80, depending on the season and usage.

5-10 minute walk from any part of the College Avenue Campus, as well as Downtown New Brunswick.

Lease begins on 6/1. You are free to begin moving things in slowly from 5/26.
