I'm looking to sublease my spot at SoCam290 in downtown New Brunswick starting mid May- flexible move-in date. Preferably a female, but any person can sublease- there will be four spots vacant in total so if you have roommates already let me know. Apartment is fully furnished and all utilities are included except water/sewage (around $20/month for us). The bathroom is shared by the 2 people who share the bedroom. There is a shared living room and full kitchen with another 2-person room on the other side of the apartment.
My spot in the shared room is $880/month
Grocery store is just across the street- lots of other stores and restaurants walking distance.
The train station is walking distance (10 mins).
Multiple building amenities as well, including gym, activities, etc.
