Looking for a clean, quiet and financially responsible person. All common areas must be kept clean. If you use the kitchen you are expected to clean it after each use immediately. Bathroom must be kept clean, tidy and dry at all times. Bedroom must be vacuumed at least once every couple of weeks.
You will be checked for bed bugs when you arrive.
