Hello, members of the vegetable kingdom 🥕

We’re a group of three roommates—one guy and two girls—seeking a fourth. The biggest room in the house, a private upstairs attic, is available to rent for $615 starting on December 1, 2022. Utilities vary monthly (~$50-70). The lease will end May 31, 2023, at which point it can be renewed.

Note: Although the room is private, there is only one downstairs bathroom that is shared by all tenants in the house.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating and is in a more suburban part of New Brunswick. It comes with a spacious backyard which includes a fire pit, patio furniture, a grill, and a tool shed. The property also has a driveway, and the kitchen is furnished with a washer/dryer combo. It’s within walking distance of St. Peter’s Hospital, RWJ Hospital, Fresh Food Market, Friend’s Café, and many other eateries, delis, and bodegas.

A little bit about us and what we’re looking for in a potential roommate: one of us works a full-time job, the other is an undergrad student and the third is finishing her master's degree. We’re all young adults who pitch in to clean and maintain the house, and we’ve developed a very comfortable relationship in our time living together. We would strongly prefer a roommate who can match this dynamic. Personal compatibility is a must for us. Please note that one of us is also a smoker!
