Comfortable room in warm, artistic household

I'm looking for one person, (grad student/post doc/fellow/working professional) to share my house with myself and my roommate; it is available any time. The room is a very comfortable 10x10 ft. The room is not furnished; the furniture and things in the pictures are from a past roommate, to give an indication of the space. The house has centralized ac/heat and was newly insulated when I moved in, making it incredibly energy efficient. There's a yard, on street parking, plenty of storage in the attic or basement. There's a shed where bicycles may be stored. It's a beautiful space with lots of light, I like to think it's warm and welcoming. My roommate who's staying is a postdoc in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Rutgers and an avid metal smith and craftsman. I own and run a pet sitting business in town and will occasionally (infrequent) board small dogs. I am also an artist and craftsperson who loves all things creative. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet with great, helpful neighbors, and a 5 minute walk to Donaldson Park at the bottom of the hill. We are looking for a mature, fun person who will contribute their share to the upkeep of the house.
