This room is in a pretty neighborhood close to beautiful downtown Metuchen, Menlo Park Mall, Turnpike, Garden State Pkwy, 440 and US-1. 45 minute train ride to Manhattan. Great neighborhood for walking, running, bike riding.

This room rental is unlike others you’ll find! ALL utilities included, and washer and dryer use. Full use of kitchen, toaster oven and microwave.

MUST BE CLEAN AND NOT KEEP ROOM DISORGANIZED AND MESSY. No clothes on the floor. No dirty dishes in room. Due to a prior experience, I have to check on the room occasionally to make sure it’s being kept clean.

Christian household — no smoking (tobacco or otherwise), no drug use, no guests due to a child living in the home. No pets now or in the future.
