Need New Roommate Lawrence Township Starting 7/21

Hey there! Two female working professionals in their mid-30’s looking for a third roommate for a 12-month lease starting on 7/21 at a spacious 3br 2b apartment at the Mercer at Lawrence Station in Lawrence Township, NJ. Super convenient location with lots of shops within 5 minutes, right off of Rte. 1 and 295, only 10 minutes away from two NJ Transit stations, 15 minutes away from Princeton University. Amenities include in-unit laundry, dishwasher, central air and heat, and an on-site pool and 24/7 access gym (there is a mandatory one-time amenities fee totaling $500, would be split between three people). The available room is 12’6” x 10’1” and would be $1,029.92 per month starting on 7/21; however this room is potentially available for a move-in at an earlier date (would need to be discussed with our current third roommate who is leaving). Utilities average about $100 per person per month, internet $18 per month, parking $5 per month. Would prefer a roommate who is LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+ friendly, values cleanliness, and is courteous/responsible. All potential tenants are also subject to a background and credit check before being approved. No cats/dogs please as I’m regretfully allergic, and there is also no smoking allowed both in the apartments and on the complex grounds. The leasing office is asking for a final decision on rent renewal by Wednesday, 5/20, so I am asking to have all those interested respond by Sunday 5/17.
