2 Rooms Available Near Journal Square

I'm currently looking to rent out 2 bedrooms in a 3 bedroom apartment near Journal Square. The apartment is 17 min away from Journal Square PATH and is in a safe neighborhood that has plenty of delis, grocery stores, and a laundromat 2 blocks away. Apartment includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room used for storage.

One bedroom is a 115 sq foot bedroom (picture 1, $575 rent). It is available now.
The other bedroom is 130 sq foot (picture 2, $625 rent) and will be available around the second week of August (9th). Each room comes with a security deposit of 1-month's rent required before moving in. Utilities average around 65 per month (less during the summer, more during the winter). Internet is 25 per month.

I'm looking for housemates that are respectful to others, clean, who have a pleasant demeanor and easy to talk to, and who have full-time employment. Ideally, non-smoking individuals without pets.
