Hi there, my name is Rich. I have multiple bedrooms in a shared apt that is 2 minutes away from the main supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, nightclubs, bars, and all other bodegas and businesses. You will be at the foot of constant bus hubs to the city and back, making commuting super easy!

Public transportation can get you to NYC, Hoboken, Newark, and all surrounding areas. Journal Square Path station is just a 7 minute bus ride away.

The room comes with:
- All utilities
- Internet/Wifi
- Full bed if needed

Rates Available;
Shared Room- (max 2) $700 each person
Regular Private Room w private bath- $1200 (basement unit)
Premium Room- $1400

Premium Rooms come with full bed, smart tv and mini fridge

**Shared room will be shared with one other male that already lives there**

You would share kitchen, and bathroom.
