The Space:
Looking for a roommate to share a gorgeous luxury, resort-style 2BR / 2BA apartment right across the Hudson River. 21-Min. Commute to Port Authority.

Your Space: Very Large, unfurnished private bedroom with four closets.
You will also have your own full private bathroom. Room is significantly larger than it appears in the photo.

Your room features massive closet space and jaw-dropping, direct views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.

Comfort: Every room has its own independent heating and cooling unit — so you can control your own temperature.

Shared Areas: A spacious living room and dining area. My former roommate had the living room set, so the living room is empty now until I see if the person moving in has living room furniture they want to bring with them. If not, we’ll figure out what we want to do with that space.

Your share of Rent & Utilities Rent: $1900 month (Deposit: $2,750) Utilities Included: All utilities (electricity, gas, water and ALL the wonderful amenities are completely covered in the rent!

Internet/Cable: $100: month per person. This covers premium high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home and a full cable package (every channel except Cinemax) with your own dedicated cable box and DVR in your bedroom, my room and out livingroom.

Parking: There is a large parking garage on the premises. They have daily/weekly/monthly rates. The monthly rate is $120 per month.

COMMUTERS DREAM — An Unbeatable Fast Commute Direct Bus: Buses to Port Authority stop right in front of the building appprox. every 5 minutes. The commute is 21 minutes or less—much faster, cleaner, and more civilized than the subway! Ferry Option: A morning/evening shuttle bus goes straight to the ferry for an easy cruise to Midtown or Wall Street.

Resort-Style Amenities (All Included!) The Spa & Fitness: 24/7 large gym/weight rooms, indoor Olympic-sized pool (6 AM–10 PM) open year-round, whirlpool Jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms, and a massive spa lounge.

Outdoor Space: Seasonal outdoor pool, large lounge/tanning deck, grilling area (grills provided), and a private, peaceful Zen Garden park.

ABOUT YOU: You MUST BE full-time employed with a job you go out to. No full-time remote workers. Partially remote is fine. But I don’t want a Housemate who is home ALL of the time. I go out to my job and you should too.

I’m a creative, healthy, responsible, and clean professional. I work in Midtown (Times Square area) usually 5 days a week. I’m friendly and happy to socialize, but I highly value privacy and personal space, and I will strictly respect yours. I maintain a busy schedule. When I am home I spend a good amount of time in my room, making me very easy to live with.

This is a happy, peaceful, clean sanctuary. While occasional visitors are totally fine, this home is not a match for someone looking to host frequent guests, parties or regular overnight guests.

NOTE: Dedicated outdoor smoking areas—with seating and gorgeous views—are available on the property, if you smoke.
