Your Space: A very large, unfurnished private bedroom. You’ll have your own private bathroom. Features MASSIVE CLOSET SPACE and jaw-dropping, direct views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Note: The room is larger than it appears in the photo.

Comfort: Every room has its own independent heating and cooling unit so you can control your own temperature.

Shared Areas: A very spacious living room and dining area.

Rent & Utilities
Rent: $1,900 / month
Utilities Included: All standard utilities (electricity, gas, water) are completely covered in the rent!
Internet/Cable: $130/month per person. This covers premium high-speed Wi-Fi and a full cable package (every channel except Cinemax) with your own dedicated cable box and DVR in your bedroom and in the livingroom.

An Unbeatable Commute
Direct Bus: Buses to Port Authority stop right in front of the building every 5 minutes. The commute is 21 minutes or less—much faster, cleaner, and more civilized than the subway!
Ferry Option: A morning/evening shuttle bus goes straight to the ferry for an easy cruise to Midtown or Wall Street.

PARKING
This: complex has its own very large parking garage. Daily/weekly/monthly space available. I have been told it’s very reasonably priced.

About Me & House Vibe
I’m a creative, healthy, responsible, and clean professional. I work in Midtown (Times Square area) usually 5 days a week. I’m friendly and happy to socialize, but I highly value privacy and personal space, and I will strictly respect yours. I keep a busy schedule and spend a good amount of time in my room, making me very easy to live with.

This is a peaceful, clean sanctuary. While occasional visitors are totally fine, this home is not a match for someone looking to host frequent guests or parties or regular overnight guests. (Note: Dedicated outdoor smoking areas are available on the property if you smoke).

Move-In Details
Available: October 31st (with flexibility if you need to move in a bit sooner).
Reason for Listing: My housemate of nearly 4 years was just transferred out of state for work. I’ve loved living here for 4 years and know you will too!
