Room for Rent (Bed Only)

The apartment is a studio with a kitchen and bathroom. There is no internet, no parking, and no dogs or cats. Utilities are included. Laundromats are nearby, and there's a bus stop one block away for NYC. It's in a Hispanic area with many clothing stores. and supermarkets, I am a 50-year-old man, the only person living in the apartment, I am never there because I have 2 jobs. There is a room and an adjoining bed to the room. I rent out the adjoining area, but you could sleep in the room and I sleep outside because I get up very early. The room isn't private because I have several things there; I go in sometimes. I preferably accept women. Because of the cleanliness, there is no noise, and it's peaceful. The price is very affordable.
