Looking for one responsible and clean roommate to move in on May 1st! While this listing shows two rooms available, it's best suited for one person who wants extra space—perfect for a bedroom + office, guest room, or creative space.

This is a large 3-bedroom duplex with amazing NYC skyline views and a great deal since I rent directly from the landlord. The second floor (where your two rooms are) also has a full shared bathroom with a double vanity and spacious shower, plus lots of closet space.

The living room is a shared space, mostly furnished, but I’m open to adjustments if needed. The apartment has three bathrooms in total.

If someone wants to rent both rooms together, the total rent would be $2,350/month. Otherwise, each room will be rented separately at the prices listed here.

A little about me—I work a lot and am usually focused with my headphones on, but I’m easygoing and don’t mind guests as long as my work isn't interrupted. I’ve had both male and female roommates in the past, and gender doesn’t matter to me—just looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful.
