The rent is $1,250 per month, with everything included.

The apartment is on the second floor of a charming house in a beautiful neighborhood with amazing Manhattan skyline views in Weehawken. Midtown Manhattan is about 15 minutes away by bus, with very frequent service.

The apartment gets lovely natural light and features two skylights, a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. Your room is furnished with a queen-size bed and a rug, has a closet, and overlooks a charming, leafy street.

I value a clean, tidy kitchen and bathroom. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself and leave shared spaces as you found them.

Unfortunately, due to limited space and because I study for architecture license exams from home, and work mostly from home, the living room is reserved for my use while I’m home—but you’re welcome to use it whenever I’m out! The rent is split accordingly, with you paying a smaller share to reflect this arrangement. This arrangement could be a great fit for someone looking short term rental or who spends much of their day out and wants a comfortable, peaceful, and affordable place to come home to.
