I have a room literally on the water in a very nice condo building in North Hoboken/Weehawken, NJ. Room is $1750/month plus utilities ~$200/mo (electric, internet, cleaning). Move-in date is flexible.

I work in Manhattan (Flatiron District).

My housemate is moving and relocating out of state. But we’ve lived here happily for 5 years!

It’s a very easy commute into Manhattan and we have public transit bus and also the ferry within steps of the building; and the first exit in/out of the Lincoln tunnel.

We have an amazing balcony and views of Manhattan. Also, an indoor wood burning fireplace!

The bedroom is a queen size interior room, but is spacious and we have a fully furnished apartment in the common areas and plenty of natural light. You would have your own private bathroom as well. (Room size: Queen size mattress, 2x side tables, large desk, small closet, large wardrobe)

We have Internet and all the streaming services.

Building amenities include 24/7 concierge, gym, indoor pool, and available parking ($75/mo). Dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, central a/c and heat.

We are near grocery stores (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Acme, ShopRite), and plenty of restaurants, parks, and activities.

I do have a small 11 year old cockapoo dog that is quiet, playful, and hypoallergenic!
