Beautiful house located in Weehawken, a 10 minute ride to Manhattan with multiple bus stops all around. Beautiful view of Manhattan from Boulevard E & lots of access to nature & the city! Backyard, living room, kitchen & bathroom shared. You would be taking over my third bedroom. Rent is paid monthly on the 1st to me who pays through our online portal, bills are separate (water, electric & gas is about one hundred - one fifty per month per person).
