It’s a 2B1B unit, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom, a nice kitchen, and a spacious living room with me and only me for the whole floor! Weehawken is the perfect neighborhood for you if you are looking for a quiet natural place but easily commute to Manhattan! Also a cute Hispanic area with lots of South American food and cultures!

Heat and water are included in the rent; you’ll just need to split the electricity bill with me each month, which is about $20 per person.
