• 3-minute walk to the NYC bus stop - right before the Lincoln Tunnel, so it’s a super quick and easy commute to Midtown Manhattan. There are multiple bus routes to NYC, and the wait time is never bad - very reliable and convenient
• Safe, residential neighborhood with great transit options

Rent & Utilities:
• Rent: around $ 1750/month
• Utilities: about $70–$100/month

About Me:
I’m in my 30s, a working professional - quiet, respectful, and clean. I enjoy a calm, cozy home environment and would love to find someone easygoing, friendly, and considerate. I’m open to becoming friends or just being good roommates - whatever feels natural, totally fine keeping things peaceful and private if you prefer your own space.
