Looking for a roommate to share a place in one of the row house on 1st St. in Downtown Jersey City. All utilities and wifi are included.

It's a 2-floor, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house with a deck on the back. I'm using 2 bedrooms myself and am looking for someone to take the 1 big bedroom. All the common areas are furnished. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a L-shape desk with a chair. There are 2 closets in the bedroom too. It's a central A/C and heating house and there are washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. The place is walking distance to the Grove Street Path Station.

More about myself:
I'm a busy female professional. I meal-prep usually every week or every other week and prefer roommate who's not a heavy cook. If I go to the office, I'm usually back home late around 7ish pm. I also work in my 2nd bedroom and keep to myself. I'm a non-smoker and looking for the same. I will cat sit once a year for a month when a friend goes overseas.

A clean, mature, quiet, stable professional.
Someone who doesn't mind taking off the shoes when enter the house.
Someone who's willing to clean after oneself in the common areas.
1 month security deposit.
Someone who can provide income (monthly income should be at least 3 times the monthly rent) and bank statement proofs and I'll do a background check online.
