I'm (female with 2 lazy cats) looking for another person to take an unfurnished large master bed with private bath in a 2bed/2bath unit in Weehawken/Union City, NJ (15-min one bus ride to Port Authority, very frequent bus) for $1650 + shared utilities. The living room is fully furnished. The kitchen is also decently equipped. There's a robot to take care of vacuuming/mobbing so not much manual cleaning is needed.

The apt is on the top floor and has great view of the NY skyline. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher in unit, parking available for extra (I believe it's $125/month). There's a basic gym in the building, and it's walking distance to bus stops, grocery, restaurants, 24 Fitness, etc. Available now. Current lease ends in December, then renewing for 14 months.

About me: I'm quiet with mostly reading and writing activities. My boyfriend is out of state and will visit occassionally, like once every month or so.

I'm looking for someone compatible: kind, quiet, happy, considerate, responsible with rent, and love cats. Move-in flexible between now and end of December, to stay through the new 14-month lease. You will be officially added to the lease so your income/credit score/rental history should also satisfy what the building expects.
