Hi! We have a New Jersey apartment locked down housed by one 24M and one 23F, we are looking for a third roommate to join us before our move-in date of October 1st to join the lease. Must make a minimum of $2,000-$2,500 or so per month (from either work or a guarantor) to be approved. It’ll be $900 for the room plus a $900 security deposit, and a $900 broker fee.
