Hi there!

I’m looking for a female graduate student or professional to join the lease for the next leasing term (10/1/2026–9/30/2027).

I’ve been living in this apartment for the past 3 years and absolutely love it, so I’d really like to stay! My current roommate is graduating and moving out of state, which means I’m looking for a new roommate to share this lovely home with.

About the Apartment

* 2 bed / 2 bath apartment
* In-unit laundry
* Elevator building
* Central A/C
* Parking available for an additional fee (approximately $150–$200/month)
* Plenty of natural sunlight in both the bedroom and living room
* Private bedroom
* You will have your own bathroom located in the common area of the apartment (don’t worry, it’s all yours—I won’t use it 😄)

About Me

I’m a PhD student and generally active, friendly, and easygoing. I value privacy and personal space, and I appreciate living with someone who feels the same.

At the same time, I’d love for the apartment to feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep. I’m hoping to find someone who is friendly, respectful, and interested in creating a warm, comfortable living environment.

What I’m Looking For

* Female graduate student or professional
* Clean and respectful of shared spaces (keeping common areas tidy is important to me)
* Open communication when it comes to apartment-related issues—we should be able to talk things through and solve problems together
* Respectful of each other’s privacy and routines

Building requirements include proof of income (3× rent) or other qualifying documentation.
