Lovely 3 bedroom apartment 20 min. to midtown!

Hello! I have a lovely, large 3 bedroom apartment very close to Manhattan, and I am subletting 1 of the rooms currently - starting in October. The new tenant would not share a bathroom, they'd have their own. Extra storage space is available in the 3rd bedroom if needed. The place is so nice - it's about 30 times more spacious than almost anywhere in the city! And there is a balcony and a washer/dryer & dishwasher in-house.

I am looking for clean, relatively quiet, respectful flatmates to share in a positive home environment. Folks who are responsible, communicative, & friendly.

Full time job is preferred. No smoke or pets, no drugs/no partying in-house/or too many guests over, too often. No super smoky meals (sensors are sensitive).

If you have a car, I have a parking spot that's included!

Close to all amenities: dry cleaner, grocery store, beautiful park, cafe's, stores, movie theater, 24 hour diner and so much more!

Travel to city by bus, 20 minutes w/o traffic.

Available NOW for October 1st.
Mid-month move-in is possible for the room.
Couples are welcome, for $2600 and they can use both rooms.
