Transportation is ideal with the 123 bus just a 5 minute walk away reaching Port Authority in just under 30 minutes.

You are also just a 10 minute walk to the 9th street/Congress street Light Rail with connection to the Hoboken Path and Downtown Jersey City.

About me - I am the condo owner and am a 32 year old male who identifies as LGBTQ.

The condo is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom therefore it will be just myself that you are living with.

I only plan to live here half the year - so half of the time you will pretty much be living here alone.

I’m looking for someone clean, professional, and responsible to respect and look after the place in my absence.

The room is priced at $1,195 a month which excludes utilities/internet - this will be split in half between you and myself.

Internet is about $20.00 each and Utilities can range from $75-$95 each per month.

You will also have access to the shared living space, shared bathroom with a full soaking bathtub and the eat-in kitchen with views of Manhattan!

The building also has a private backyard space which is available for use.

No Broker or Application fees.

1st Month’s rent + 1.5 Month’s Security Deposit needed for move-in.
