Spacious Room Available Shared Apt

Hi! I’m moving out in June and looking for someone to take over my spacious and open room in a shared apartment.

There are three roommates total. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with a female working professional in her 30s, and the third roommate (also a working professional in his 20s) has his own bathroom. We share the living room. The apt has high ceilings and a balcony so it is pretty nice to live here!

The house is LGBTQ+ friendly and we’re looking for someone responsible, cat-friendly, and who generally aligns with us. Everyone has their own thing going on, but we enjoy hanging out together when we can.

The apartment is located just a street over from the Grove St Path station. We're a 5 minute walk away from the Whole Foods and there are a lot of cute cafes and shopping centers around us. The building offers parking and there is also an in unit washer and dryer available.

Management is responsive and easy to deal with. We’re ideally looking for someone under 35 and preferably female.
