The apartment is called Avalon Cove which is in an AMAZING community in the Hudson with gorgeous unobstructed view of the Manhattan skyline.

Only looking for one person; no sharing, couples, or families.

Looking for someone to stay at least 1 year.

**Move in Date from MARCH 1 - can be later, but someone who can move in sooner will be preferred **
