Private bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom available in a 5-bed/3-bath apartment on Poplar Street, The Heights, Jersey City. Suits a 1–6 month stay, with option to extend. Females only, please.

About the household: Your roommates are quiet, tidy, respectful working professionals — three women, one man — all on standard daytime schedules. The apartment stays calm and work-friendly. We have one healthy, fully vaccinated, indoor-only cat who is well cared for. No additional pets, please.

Room features: Private bedroom with walk-in closet. Private bathroom, no sharing. Bed frame and dresser available on request. Central air conditioning and heating. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer.

Rent & deposit: $1,200/month plus share of utilities (electricity and internet). Security deposit $600 (half a month’s rent), fully refundable upon move-out.

Location: Poplar Street, The Heights, Jersey City. 3-minute walk to the bus stop (NYC #125 and community lines every 5–10 min). ~10 minutes by bus to Journal Square PATH (direct to 33rd St, WTC, Newark). Great for commuters to Manhattan, Journal Square, Newport, Secaucus. Cafés, restaurants, and groceries all within 5–10 minutes walk.
