We’ve genuinely loved living here and are only leaving because we need to upsize, so we're looking for someone to take over the lease!

Move-in date is super flexible (available starting right now) and the lease runs through May 29, 2027.

Rent & Apartment Details:
-Rent: $3,650/month (plus $50/month amenity fee) *We are willing to be flexible with price
*Also willing to leave several furniture items + TV
-Pet Policy: Pet-friendly (1 per apartment)
-Parking: On-site parking available in the building for $350/month (there are also cheaper parking lots within walking distance)
-Modern 1BR unit with in-unit washer/dryer
-Full amenity building (gym, pool, rooftop, co-working spaces, shuttle to PATH, concierge)
-Great spot right on the JC / Hoboken border
