Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate (20's) to take over an open bedroom in a spacious 3BR/1BA apartment in the Heights. You would be living with one other person (me), and the third bedroom is currently used as extra office/storage space.

Utilities: ~$130/month for gas, electric, and Wi-Fi

The apartment is in a super convenient location for commuting. There is a bus stop right outside that can take you to the Hoboken Path in under 15 minutes, Port Authority/NYC in under 30 minutes, and Journal Square in under 15 minutes. The light rail is also about an 8 minute walk away.

There is laundry in the building basement, which almost never has a wait, and the apartment also comes with an additional private locked storage area in the basement.

The kitchen and living room are almost fully furnished, so you would mainly just need to furnish your own bedroom. The apartment has a comfortable shared living space and plenty of extra storage.

About me: I'm 23 and work as a technology consultant. I mainly work from home during the day, with occasional trips to the office/client sites. After work + on weekends, I usually like to keep busy, whether that’s going to the gym, hanging out with friends, exploring NYC/JC, trying new restaurants, bar hopping, or picking up random new hobbies.
