Second-floor 2-bedroom apartment in Jersey City Heights. Looking for a roommate for the second bedroom. The living room is fully furnished, and I also have an extra bed and desk available if needed. The unit was recently renovated and includes central air conditioning and new appliances.

• 15-minute walk to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail
• About a 30-minute walk to downtown Hoboken (PATH Station) or Journal Square

Quiet residential area one block off Central Ave. Most shopping, groceries, and daily needs are within walking distance. Riverview-Fisk Park and Pershing Field Park are nearby. NYC bus stop is one block away.
